I just want to offer a recommendation for a new restaurant and an exciting new race car simulator they just installed. The restaurant is Fiamme across from the AutoMall on Thousand Oaks Blvd. past Do It Center - it used to be Alessio's/ It's fantastic. They have this house hot sauce appetizer that's served in a ramakin surrounded by flaming rum to keep it warm.

On top of that, they just put in a SimCast race car simulator. Apparently it's what real race car drivers use to train. It is SO lifelike. When I was there everyone was taking pictures on their cell phones and sending them to friends. It's a blast.
